On behalf of the City of Dickinson, I recommend DCI Credit Services which has been a pleasure to work with.  Earlier this year, the City realized we needed a helping hand in our collections process of past due accounts, so Bonita from DCI met with City staff and the set up process was seamless.   Their customer service has been professional, considerate and they always answer any questions we may have.  We are very thankful to be working with them.
