I am very happy with DCI credit services. DCI has been so easy to work with. Their online system is very user-friendly, whether looking up old accounts we have submitted or submitting new accounts. The staff have all been great to work with and very friendly.

We had placed around a dozen open uncollectible accounts with DCI starting in Feb 2020 and as of today, we have received payment on more than half of those accounts! I’m impressed with how quickly these items got resolved! We had used out of state collection agencies in the past and they did absolutely nothing for us.
